Every family have a bad gene pool. For mine, we have bad gastric issues. Usually for me, it's always bloating, indigestion and the occasional acid reflux. Not to mention the big bad stomach flu (though thankfully I'm more resistant to the virus now).
So recently I've been having pretty bad indigestion again, and it could be due to my irregular meals. Usually I could live with the discomfort until it passes, but after having pizza for dinner today my stomach just had enough. This is probably the worst case ever too. I just felt so bloated and there's this constant feeling like there's sth stuck in my tummy. I started getting acid reflux too and I'm just feeling desperate for a quick remedy.
I tried searching the kitchen for some sachets of ginger tea and nothing.. So I searched up how to make some! And it's so simple I felt silly to even google it hahahaha
Anyway! All you need is 3 ingredients:
- Boiling water
- 2 to 3 slices of fresh ginger (more if u want it stronger)
- Honey (For sweetness)
Just put everything together in a cup, let it steep for 5 minutes and you're done! Before I tasted it, I braved for the spiciness of the ginger and I was really surprised at how mild it is. The honey also made the tea taste nicer. My tummy feels a lot better just after a few sips and I feel warm and fuzzy. I just have to wait for the inevitable burp next hahaha Get all those nasty air from the indigestion out of my system XD
